Dessert ~

It tastes as good as it looks. The French toasts were really delicious; crispy on the outside, soft, warm and buttery on the inside. The strawberries were fresh, and the sauce adds a nice zing to the dish.

Delicate exterior with a contrasting bread-like interior. We really enjoyed the chilled lychee custard in it. However, it wasn’t exactly a ‘moist muffin’ as described on the menu. Hope the consistency is better with other flavours.

What a stunner this was. Sandwiched between a thick crispy waffle were some whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and finished off with a dust of powdered sugar.
