SGD8 - love the restarant quality components, the egg, the fried shrimp and the cha siu. Noodles were thin and springy and mixed with a more HK style sauce. Will come back again but not the best noodles I have ever tried. Was also really thirsty after my meal, had to drink lots of water.
I couldn't tell that this was an all halal ramen with the soup being so rich in flavour. To top it off, the noodles were thin and springy. Only at 10.90 per bowl, this is definitely worth a try!
Unlike the normal tonkotsu broth, Tsuta noodles sits in a shoyu broth and has a hint of yuzu. I always never finish my ramen except for Tsuta ramen!
