Brought my own bottled plain water to the store and a male china staff came to tell me that i can’t bring outside drink, fair enough. However, the way he told me was extremely rude, he said to us in chinese “do you speak english? can you read the sign? what does it say?”. i mean it’s my fault for bringing my own PLAIN water into the store but did he have to be so rude?
Ordered the western cuisine, uncle was generally rude to customers, raising his voice, showing attitude, etc. maybe cause he assumes all customers are students? unacceptable.
