Got the 3 Bao Set ($10.90). The fillings and the pastry went really well together. Pastry was slightly sweet which balanced the savoriness of the meat and sauces. Pastry was firm and did not get soggy in spite of the sauces. Favorite was the Chicken Masala which was very flavorful and well balanced. Fish tempura was great as well with a nice crunch. Having less/no sauce for the Fish Tempura really allowed the savory profile of the fish to stand out and complement the sweeter pastry. Spicy beef was decent but the spice of the sauce overwhelms the flavorful beef profile. Chewy texture of the beef did not quite complement the pastry as well. Overall was a very filling and great meal, well worth the price
Comes in a set ($9.80) with soup of the day, crispy biscuit bread and choice of lemon tea, coffee or tea. Fish was firm, slightly dry but still rather tasty. Fries were crispy and not too salty. A healthier option amongst the other menu items and great value for the price
From Claypot & Stewed Soups (01-29). Ginger infused sesame oil chicken garnished with spring onions. Portion was very filling, chicken was tender and savory. Cheap and well worth the price ($5.50)
Ordered through nomnomby. Sizable portion with very tasty, healthy ingredients. Chicken was huge, Sichuan sauce was slightly spicy and tangy, eggs were decent, rice was tasty, pumpkin was sweet and delicious. Taste was great and balanced overall. Came with bottled green tea and overall packaging and presentation was great. Will come back again
