The food at Jade is generally of really good quality! The chefs try to elevate chinese cuisine by incorporating western ingredients such as foie gras, as well as try to add acidity to their food through fruits such as passion fruit, amongst others.

Interesting and pretty good!

The burpple beyond set meal for two costs $59++ and it comes with (i) plump fresh oysters - the sauce was light and delicious (ii) mentaiko scallops - the sauce is to die for! (iii) beef sukiyaki rice bowl - this was pretty average in my opinion! (Iv) a choice of red/white wine or beer.

The starters were really the highlight for me, and it was made really worth it with the burpple deal!

$80++ for 17 courses that include uni, sashimi, salt baked wagyu, cod, otoro, snow crab, etc? I am sold.

The items served were very fresh so it is really worth it in my opinion! The beef dish was really good as the meat almost melts in your mouth.

It is a casual, fun experience (the servers actually hand feed you some items off a spoon haha). The chefs are not japanese so its not for those looking for a more authentic, serious, classy omakase experience! Regardless, for its price, i think its still worth a shot!

The alternative experience is a 7 - course delight, which includes items such as parmesan cheese sticks with beef mayo, foie gras creme brulee, mini burger, steak main and chocolate lava cake as dessert!

Was a very delightful meal and worth the price especially with the burpple 1-for-1 beyond deal.

Add ons are v affordable too! Truffle fries only cost $5!
