Visit on the weekends for the tried and tested Butcher's Daughter ($16) – excellent medium rare seared sous vide beef alongside creamy scrambled eggs. For something light, the Dashi Noodles ($8.90) in a bonito broth with pulled chicken and onsen egg should do the trick. Get the aromatic Muddy Espresso ($5.50) with cold milk to finish.
