The chicken is fried to perfection, its meat succulent underneath a crisp layer of skin. The amount of oil is just enough to not give me a layer of "lip gloss".
However, I felt that it's a little overrated. The chicken could definitely have more spice in it. The lack of spice results in a lack of depth in the flavour 😕
Having said that, the coleslaw is refreshing and crunchy! Holistically, the meal tasted just right, although there was no wow factor 🤔
It might be a bad day in the kitchen, but I am willing to try it again at another outlet in the future!
