Charged service charge but not assigned a table, had to queue to place my order and no water provided. Extremely poor service as the manager is inflexible with their 'no outside food' policy and insisted my friends leave because of a water bottle containing plain water. Food is decent but there are tons of better options out there. Will not be patronising this place again.
