Pizzas
Built my own pizza which turned out to be really affordable! Loved the crust, both flavour and texture and the ingredients were really really generous! There could have been more tomato sauce though but overall I really enjoyed my meal! Service was excellent (and they donāt even have service charge). Came here with Burpple beyond and itās one of the better deals I have gotten (food quality and portion wise). Will be back!
The crust of the pizza was excellent! Chewy and crunchy. The flavour was also great. I felt that the pizza was a tad too salty with both the cured meat and the cheese but my partner loved it. There wasnāt a sauce base and it can get a little dry. Might be better adding tomato sauce!
Mr Kneady serves trusty sourdough pizzas that are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Each pizza is only $12 with generous amounts of toppings! The dough is also well fermented, with a tinge of natural sourness coming through. We ordered two Remedy pizzas: one original and one with tomato base w/o cheese. The smoke chicken went surprisingly well with the two bases and the red onion provided a pungent and sweet dimension to the pizza. One of my favourite places to grab my pizza fix!
Interesting combination! The flavours came together really well. The flavourful bbq chicken was smoky and had a slight tinge of sourness, which paired really well with the sweet cranberry sauce. The Brie was a good choice as the cheese flavour was mild and did not overpower the other toppings.
Base was absolutely what I was looking for in a pizza. Crispy and light! š Tom yum flavours were there but slightly a bit too spicy. The garlic pieces on top provided a nice crunch and had a slightly bitter and pungent taste (very well fried imo) They also have raw garlic pieces hidden in the pizza which elevated the garlic flavour of the dish. Itās great that they are āmad for garlicā! Definitely warrants a second visit!
Come here if you need an artisanal pizza fix! Really enjoyed the smoked salmon pizza. The saltiness of the smoked salmon paired really well with the sourness of the tomato sauce. The arugula topping also gave the dish another dimension in terms of flavour with its slight bitter taste. The base was sour and chewy, which spells an excellently made sourdough crust!
