I’d dare say that this was the best carbonara I’ve ever had. Loved the fragrance of the white wine which gave the dish an added splash of flavour. You know the Chef knows what he’s doing when he tops the carbonara off with a poached egg 🍳 the runny yolk made the pasta perfectly creamy.
