I've been here a few years ago, and the food didn't leave much impression. But this visit blew me away! It's good quality dim sum at affordable prices. It's accessible, both geographically and economically.

My favourite is the liushabao - thick oozy salted egg goodness wrapped in a soft and yet crispy bao.

Late to the Haidilao game, I was so excited to be here. The service is wonderful and the food was good. The tomato soup base really stole my heart and I drank so much of it despite knowing that it'll cause hypertension amongst many bad things:). Would I visit again? Maybe not until I have more spare cash. Its a fun experience but the meats are overpriced and I didn't think they were that great.

The fish was tender and firm. Sea Bass is our favourite and definitely complemented the sauce well. We ordered some cabbage which absorbed the sauce well.

It's pricey but for the quality, it's something I wouldn't mind paying for once in a while.

We got this on the beyond 1f1 which comes with a drink.

Both of us ordered the Signature. Even after dousing our dish with chilli, it didn't do much to help make it tastier. It's lacking a little in flavour, perhaps because we are more used to heavy flavours. The beef itself is fine. Pretty tender and not tough.

Both of us ordered the lemon tea, and it was really really sour that we barely drank half.

My first mouthful was pretty pleasant. The beehoon soaked up the sauce well and it tasted flavourful. But as the meal continued, it started to feel too salty. I had to drink a lot of water after the meal:/. The pork was okay, nothing special. Overall for this price, I think it's just okay.

The beef was tender and flavourful but there were only 3 pieces. I guess for the price I can't ask for more. I really enjoyed the soup base although some of my friends say it tastes like pasta sauce. And I also love how you can choose from 5 different thickness and size of noodles. For this price, I think it makes for a great meal and I would get this any day!

The soup was tasty and a little spicy so try it before you add the chilli oil! The beef was tender and noodles were bouncy and had a good bite.

The soup was quite good and was the best part of this meal. You can choose the type of noodle you want from 5 choices. We went with the normal which is the regular ramen noodle. Our noodles were quite soft so it felt like it was overcooked, but that is how I like my noodles anyway so no issues with that.

The beef slices were served separately on a plate. It looked very dry and unappetising but it tastes better than it looked. We also found it helpful to soak the beef in the soup. The beef was not impressive but overall considering the price and the soup and noodles, we were satisfied with our meal. It also came with hanjuku eggs which were great:)

There's a 50% off 2nd buy at the north point outlet. Unsure when it is till.

Ri Ri Hong Mala Xiang Guo is exception - in both quality and quantity. For a small price of $9 u can get a pot big enough to feed 3 people. Compared to many other Mala Xiang Guo out there, the quantity u can get here will probably double that elsewhere. Even with the greater quantity, the quantity does not disappoint either. Run by a group of veteran chefs, the taste here is not only real spicy, but rich and flavorful as well.

I recommend 大辣 if you are up for a challenge :)

The noodles were great. Really tasty and affordable. The dumplings were interesting as there were many flavours. Would go again but probably not get the dumplings again, only noodles.
