The texture is also softer and more cake like compared to the brownies I’ve previously tried before. I recommend microwaving it first before eating for extra yums. Pairs well with a glass of milk!

250g Grass-fed ribeye 🥩 ($18) and battered wild snapper ($18). Items were 50% off with Burpple beyond! I’ve always loved the food from sarnies and this time it was amazing as well. Steak was beefy and soft, while the snapper was served in a generous portion.

We ordered the tampopo black pork to tonkatsu ramen, which had a creamy and spicy broth, as well as the Hokkaido burn miso tonkatsu ramen, which had thicker springier noodles and a umami packed broth.

As the escalators don’t go to level 7, you’ll need to take a lift at lobby A to get to the cafe. I had the earl grey hot chocolate which was really fragrant and thick! 😆 I ordered the Hamburg lunch set which was really great. The Hamburg steak was not overly fatty and greasy, and was melt in your mouth tender. The savoury sauce goes really well with rice, and the egg was perfectly runny. If you don’t feel like having rice, the bread is also a good option as it is freshly baked and crispy. Loved this place and now I get why people queue for this!
