Al dente rice stained and inky and given an extra nudge of flavour with dollops of garlicky aioli. Fresh prawns and clams adorn the top. I'd say this makes a good serving size for 4 alongside other tapas.
Generous portions of seafood with nicely done paella and ending with the yummiest socarrat (the crusty bottom) I’ve tasted! #burpple
The vibes and the authentic spanish dishes makes this a place i will keep coming back to. We had the Clam & Ham Paella ($26), Ham Croquettes ($11.90), Egg, Potatoes & Hams ($12.90), Beef Cheeks with Piquillo Pepper ($13.90). The paella was so consistently creamy, i had to scrap every bit off the pan. The beef cheeks was too tough sadly, though the brown sauce was strong.
Also, I realised that the chef has a one-star michelin!!
For any place where you’re spoilt for choices, its definitely a good sign ;)
