So Glad that they finally graced our sunny shores and the burger is every bit as good as the one I had in NYC! Get the shack stack because the fried mushroom and cheese really brings an umami flavour to the burger! The bun is really soft and delicious and the vegetables are so fresh (just look at them!). I highly highly recommend the pandan gula Melaka milkshake too, it’s exclusive to Singapore and so creamy and lovely. Would gladly queue for this! #burpple #burpplesg #burpplebeyond

This Super delicious dry ramen! The mentaiko version is so good but can get a bit jelak after a while so it’s good to share. The noodles are a bit plain if eaten by themselves but with added vinegar and Chili oil it is really good! Also there’s free upsize for the noodles and rice at the end (if you aren’t absolutely stuffed by then) to mop up the sauce! The ceviche was interesting and very appetising. It tastes Mexican because of the corn tortilla used. The fish was Super fresh and the dressing was really zesty and refreshing. The best thing we ate was the Plancha de mariscos!! It’s essentially grilled vegetables and seafood with a Super delicious sauce and crispy quinoa! I’ve never had anything like it but it was so good! The paella was pretty forgettable though. Service was pretty good too! #burpple #burpplesg #burpplebeyond

Interesting. The meringue roulade has a really cool texture with crispy edges and the black forest had a really nice flavour. The cream is definitely homemade and super light! The tea was quite meh though haha pandan tea wasn’t very strong. #burpple #burpplesg #burpplebeyond

The pastas were alright hahaha not bad but the burger really stole the show it was soft and flavourful and Super delicious!! Highly recommend the burger and the squid ink pasta was not bad too! Ordered the aburi salmon with teriyaki chicken set and they were so generous with the ingredients we could barely finish it! Super big portion of chicken and salmon with avocado and soft boiled egg etc soooo good! A little spicy and a little expensive but it’s good! #burpple #burpplebeyond #burpplesg

After trying so many açai bowls the açai here is still the best! Idk how they do it but their açai blend is the most satisfying in both taste and texture. I spend way too much time and money here lol and also I don’t think it’s considered healthy?? #burpple #burpplesg

And regular sized salmon mentaiko don!!! The truffle smell was way stronger than the taste thought and the beef was a bit more gamey and stringy than I would have liked. The salmon was also a lot of the fatty cuts (some may like it...) but it was really wasn’t my style. Wish they gave “better” cuts of the meat/fish but overall still value for money after using #burpplebeyond 🤗 #burpple #burpplesg

dragged my friends here because I love it so much!!!! Even though there were only two choices for the burgers (truffle mushroom and beef) the flavours were still outstanding and these are some of the best fries I’ve ever had!! They were Super crispy and crunchy. If you ever get the milkshakes go for the strawberry rather than the chocolate (weirdly salty lol).
