A collaboration between Lucid and Hvala, this fell short of my expectations with the notes of matcha being practically nonexistent, save the slight earthy bitterness detectable when the matcha cream was eaten in silo

Have to admit that the coffee was really fragrant though, so overall its like a light and pleasant coffee flavoured cake to have

SUPER HUGE😅

Holding the choux in my hand, I felt the copious amount of cream within weighing down on the delicate shell. Each bite fills you with rich, creamy goodness but tasted mostly of kaya and barely any Orh Nee.. only can taste the slightest bit of orh nee when you eat the taro cream in silo.

The choux shell leans more towards the thin and softer side, but not soggy. It had this slightly salty-sweet flavour which I rather liked! .
.

Finally got to try what has been touted as the BEST warabimochi in town (yes i'm slow hahaha)

You know how some warabimochi require you to chew a little too much and has this super sticky and starchy mouthfeel? Well that wasn't the case for these, The warabimochi slides smoothly down your throat with minimal effort, leaving behind clean and refreshing mouthfeel especially since it was served chilled .

I loved how i got to enjoy the best of all 3 worlds in this aesthetically-pleasing crescent shaped bowl. Its a medley of sweet, bitter, and nutty fragrance from the kinako, matcha and goma respectively. We were advised to consume it in the order of light to dark, though I think i broke the rule hahaha😅 .

My favourite from the desserts we tried! A little on the sweet side but still manageable when shared.
The vanilla bean ice cream combined with a dose of salted miso sauce reminded one of salted caramel, with a comforting malty flavour. Something i would definitely order again!

Didn't taste any hint of whiskey, but this pecan pie was certainly a enjoyable one, though some would pick at its rather mushy pie exterior, but i was fine with that. The pie itself was already a tad sweet so i didn't think that all the cream was needed 😅

Tried the lemon one previously and this time got the avocado and beetroot ones because i was curious if their flavour.

I must say that my favourite still remains to be the lemon one! The flavours for these two were milder. The beetroot one really had no flavour (besides from being a cheesecake) and the avocado one fared abit better though still mild.

Went for the osmanthus oolong + fresh milk instead of my usual dong ding. The osmanthus fragrance is really strong and pleasant, and the taste of freshly brewed tea lingers pleasantly as always

I went for the pre-fixed Yuzu which came with Yuzu mochi skin, cheese mousse, yuzu honey and mixed berries.

Mochi skin wasn't of optimal springy texture, and I felt that the Yuzu flavour was coming more from the Yuzu honey filling which was far too sweet btw🤭 Interesting concept but disappointing experience😟 .

I have actually never tried Godiva's ice cream before. Their Oolong Tea Softserve was really tempting so i threw my $9 and went for it but it was quite underwhelming.. It was a great dessert, luxuriously smooth and carried a nice, caramel-y and milky flavour. But thats exactly where the disappointment sets in because the Oolong was soo mild :(

A tad on the sweeter side especially towards the end because all the brown sugar syrup is concentrated there and after a few mouths i could feel the richness getting to me already so i'd reckon this would be better for sharing.

If you're a brown sugar fresh milk fan and can take the sweetness you'd definitely like this though. Tastes really like the drink itself but in ice cream form.

My favourite out of all their softserve. Fragrant tea flavoured ice cream that wasn't too sweet and was accompanied by some brown sugar boba that had a nice and soft chewy texture. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Tasted very much like your oreo mcflurry, though i'd much rather opt for this because of how generous they are with the portion. Great for choco/oreo lovers, but I would personally go for the boba-related options
