Pork chop ain't tough but not tender either.
Porky smell is overwhelming. Thankfully there's mashed potatoes and jam to go with it.
I really wouldn't order this again.

Mentaiko Chirashi Don was very generous with the amount of toppings. Fish was fresh and mentaiko was smooth and creamy.
The chawanmushi however was watery and had to be returned to them twice at least.

The chicken is amazingly crispy on the outside and tender within. Coupled with slightly melted cheese plus ham layered in between, it was incredibly yummy.
The pork ribs on the other hand was dry and tough, very pretty presentation though but will not recommend.

Truffle cream pasta with mushroom. Love the beautiful colours of the freshly made pasta! The truffle cream was light and fragrant with the smell of truffle. Mushrooms were well cooked as well!

However, my dining companions didn't enjoy their pasta so much. I guess the flavours are not that robust and intense. But still, an interesting take on the pasta!

The jaffles was disappointing because the texture was more tough than crispy on the outside, while the bread itself wasn't soft as well. The chicken and other ingredient in Gowl Play was dry, wouldn't recommend. Fun Guy is a well mixed of mushroom that was soft and not too mushy. Definitely order the Fun Guy over Fowl Play pls.
Generous portion of prawns and other seafood. The pasta was well cooked. Personally prefer a spicier sauce but this was more tomato based.
Nestled in One Fullerton, Forlino has a decent view of the skyline but the windows were kinda foggy.

Ordered the Tagliaette with Pan Seared Abalone ($48).
The Tagliaette was quite disappointing. It is supposed to be done with black garlic and parma ham essence but the flavour was flat. The abalone was very sweet though.
We ordered the special white chocolate panna cotta with white asparagus. Can't comment on the asparagus but the white chocolate panna cotta was really well done. The white chocolate was not overly sweet and it was easy to finish the whole dessert. A sweet touch to the end of the meal.

The portion for the beef is decent and it was quite tender. Not melt in your mouth tender but still tender.

We were served homemade Foccacia St Forlino. The bread is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Comes with three different types of butter, olive, herbs and I forgot the last one, sorry!
Nonetheless, it is worth the calories for sure 😉
We ordered Midori Melon mixed with 7up and Limoncello.
Midori Melon mix with 7up is refreshing but may resemble medicine 😂
Limoncello is quite strong and you can feel how 'qiang' it is (呛)
Big, fresh prawns. Reasonably sweet but a little dry. The pasta did not pack the punch that a usual Aglio olio will have. Thought that the pasta flavour fell flat.
This was a crowd favourite. The generous portion of fresh mussels coupled with mildly Salted and flavoured white wine sauce. A perfect pairing.
