I thought the pork will be rather tough and chewy but not at all. You can easily tear the meat apart. I’m impressed with their meat not only just because it’s not chewing but also, it’s marinated. You can definitely taste the marinate which goes pretty well with their thick and lovely salted egg. The sauce is thick and robust with salted egg as well as curry leaves. The only thing I didn’t really liked was that the sauce is too spicy for me to handle. Definitely perfect for spice lover. 🤤

But here’s a throwback to this super awesome salmon don. Love how they torched the salmon so that you have cooked salmon on the outside but sashimi inside. Their rice is perfectly mixed and cooked too. This is definitely one of the best salmon don I ever eaten. 🤤

The fish meat is well flavoured and goes really well with the hor fun. This dish is strong in wok hei and the beansprouts gave it an additional crunch. This is so good.
