This is different from those we have in Singapore because the prawn paste taste is a lot stronger and the fried fritters are toasted on charcoal grill. Love it.

Here’s a salted egg croissant that supposed to have a salted egg lava flowing out but it didn’t flow out... I think it only works when the croissant is hot but still, the taste and texture of this croissant is really good. Hope to try the warmer flowing croissant next time round. 😋
