Bubble Tea (Singapore)

When I received a positive reply about bringing my own bottle for the teas, I decided to go try them out. The careful and attentive staff who served me wanted to make sure it was alright even if the drink size was less than the bottle capacity (500ml drink size while bottle is 750ml). I ordered a Rose Pu-Er Cream Cloud tea. The cream cloud is essentially similar to milk foam.
The tea barista wanted to ensure I was ok with the drink capacity before pouring the milk foam, of which he instructed me to drink the foam first before drinking the tea. I drank with the tea through my bottle's bite valve and straw, which sucks up the tea first. So I opened the lid and drank from there, as if it was like a cup. I successfully drank the cream cloud before the tea.
On that extremely hot day, the cream cloud complemented the rose and pu-er well. I felt refreshed and hydrated.
Hi Tea also lets you smell their tea leaves at the counter so that customers can choose which brewed tea they would like.
