Scallops were perfectly cooked with a slight hint of curry flavour. The brandy snaps added a good crunch element as well. The original order comes at $24 for 3 pieces and waiter took the initiative to suggest an additonal scallop so that we could share 😃

Melt in your mouth tender, the pear and duck jus were spot on. Would highly recommend this dish.

Every ingredient was amazing on its own, the custardy texture of the uni, the saltiness of the caviar and the crunch of the egg but together as a dish it doesn’t really fit.

“Complimentary Dish” - Crispy chip with a nice mushroom cream didn’t get any hints of the matcha shavings though.

Personally I’d prefer a thinner slice where the skin to potato ratio is proportionate, but still acceptable
