First time trying Biang Biang mian and totally enjoyed it. It’s like a more chewy version of ban mian. Only complain here is that the noodles were thick and long hence it’s really hard to eat with a pair of disposable wooden chopsticks and plastic spoon.
Nice and satisfying. $4.60 a bowl. Wish it’s near to my home.
Small but good. u prob need to have 2 bowls to be full.
Nice noodles but just feels like wanton mee without the wanton ha.
The dumpling fillings were great hence the 红油抄手 and 锅贴 were definitely worth ordering! I didn’t enjoy the 担担面 much probably cause it was kinda soggy by the time i reached home.
The queue was quite long when i reached at 12noon but it moved relatively quickly. I was impressed by the guy taking the order as he didn’t even bother to write down anything! but could remember all our orders fairly accurately!
Tasty soup with fresh and big ingredients. My favourite was definitely the prawn ball!
Both the dry and soup version tasted great! Didn’t feel like i was drinking MSG for the broth. The queue can be quite long during dinner time as they cook the noodle 1 bowl at a time... so go during non-peak hours.
