Our favourite cheat dish is the roast chicken from the supermarket. Both NTUC and Cold Storage sell very reasonably priced roast chicken, often in multiple flavours: think black pepper, honey etc. Not much of a secret as I always see it flying off the shelves, but you have to try if you've never bought it before!

Visited their new outlet at Clarke Quay. Their retro decor is cute, with neon lights and diner booths. I got the Chicky Burger which came with a large piece of fried chicken, romaine lettuce, tomato and "chicken burger sauce". I was quite pleased because it was a large piece of fried chicken and served piping hot. Not a bad option when dining here, especially since it's one of the more affordable options on the menu. The only issue was that I was very thirsty afterwards - think there may be msg in the sauce.

Simple, no frills, thick-cut fries. Love that they provide tubs of free-flow chilli, ketchup and mustard for those dining in. Wish there were more fries but it satisfied my cravings!

Tried this when they had a 1-for-1 promotion during the 11.11 period. I would dispute both claims on the packaging - it was neither big nor tasty. Was like a regular zinger but with sliced onions and crispy bacon. The chicken wasn't crispy and the burger was quite flat. I honestly prefer the original zinger over the mighty one.

Tried these for the first time the other night and I was really impressed. I think these are their most value-for-money sides. You can choose bone-in/boneless, the number of pieces, and your type of sauce. I got the thai sweet chilli and loved it. 😊

This is my go-to burger at Mos. The rice patty bun is a genius idea and such a good alternative if you want something filling but aren't into bread. The crunchy lettuce and tender, stringy beef make for a great meal. If only their burgers were a little bigger! 1 is not enough 😂

This was set 2, which comes with a chicken wing, omelette, otah and ikan bilis. Their rice is a faint green colour, and has a lovely subtle pandan/coconut flavour. I was afraid that the chicken wing wouldn't be filling enough, but they give a full wing (which is cut into 2 parts, as seen here)! Everything was yummy, right down to the sambal chilli. 🖒

Honestly really yummy. Crispy and nicely seasoned, but not too salty. I like this so much more than their regular fries. If it were a permanent fixture on the menu I'd be in trouble.
