Duck was rich tasting, obviously since it has been cooked in its own fat! Thankfully, the orange-tinged gravy brought a nice refreshing cut to the otherwise rich dish. One small observation was that the duck might have been slightly overcooked by a minute as the meat was kind of dry? Might have been perfect if it was removed from the heat slightly earlier ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Portions are relatively large - carbs, veggies, protein. The duck meat was good, so were the roasted vegetables. No complaints! 👍🏻
