BUFF(A)T!

The staff briefed us on the various buffet stations while walking us to our seats. Really welcoming!

The seafood on ice section consisted of lobsters, oysters, a few variations of crabs, snow crab leg, mussels &clams. They're fresh and there's nv a moment that the section ran out of them! No more camping there waiting for lobsters to be replenished or giving death stares to those who took a tad too much, leaving too little left for you.

Also commendable were the grilled chicken wings (from the outdoor bbq station), butter naan, gratin mashed potato and LAKSA! The laksa will be cooked upon request by the chef. No more diy and scratching your head over how long to cook the noodles for! The noodles were cooked to perfection. They're so good to slurp on aft taking a dip in the rich creamy broth! If only there's some blood cockles to go along!

The desserts section was scattered with many pleasant looking petite pastries! Best had to be the Melt Signature chocolate cake! Pair the desserts with some TWG tea (included in the buffet pricing) to cleanse your palates.

&They prepared a small Melt Signature cake in celebration of my friend's birthday! Really thoughtful as we didn't have to remind them other than indicating so during reservation. The staff took great group photos too! Our top buffet choice so far!
