Ice Cream

Very reasonably priced mains and drinks. I ordered the potato and eggs - I thought the portion looked a bit small but it was surprisingly filling. Very good value for money for $12. I loved the dessert - the pancakes were light and fluffy and the chocolate sauce wasn't too sweet. The decor is lovely - understated and minimalistic. After having a few drinks, I had the calpis soda with white pearls- the soda complemented the yuzu flavour well and it was very refreshing - perfect for a hot day after rock climbing!

My husband and I have been fans of Dancing Elephant (DE) from the time they were a small home business. Their ice cream is so good that my husband now refuses to eat Haagen Dazs and Udders because DE is so much better. The speculoos and salt is really amazing- the contrast between sweet and salty is just right, and always hits the spot. So happy that they now sell cookies (for those who are atas- sables buton) that go really well with the dark chocolate and vanilla ice cream. The vanilla ice cream has real vanilla beans in it (and not just flavouring). All their ice cream doesn't have stabilisers, artificial flavouring and preservatives in it.
