The plaster was crispy on the outside and the egg was cooked to perfection with runny yolk and soft white.Teh āgauā was served piping hot and not overly sweet the way i like it.All for $2.80

This is breakfast for champions. This stall is located in an unassuming old neighbourhood coffeeshop.
The beehoon packs flavour and nicely fragrant with a hint of black sauce. When i brought it back home,the chicken wing was still warm & crispy.
The accompanying chilli is a little on the sweet side but definitely tasted homemade.
If my waistline could afford it, this will definitely be my first choice of breakfast everyday!
The egg noodles has a nice bite to it. Char siew was a bit on the dry side but they were generous with the portion.Somehow the sauce was lacking depth and there was no hint of pork lard which could have lend a better depth of flavour to the sauce. The dumplings in the soup was average though the soup has a nice peppery hint.
