I love the sweetest of the meat, with light pinch salt for seasoning. If you’re health conscious, this is your dish! And definitely worth the amount you’re paying for.

The Lobster Roll – The Classic Steamed lobster in pretty generous chunks topped with chives and served cold. OH I love the bun, it was perfectly pan seared with melted butter – inside soft and warm on the outside.
