A rather meh bowl of soba... Noodles tasted more ramen thn soba and soup has a light scent of truffle. Nothing much to shoutout on, considering the fact tht they are the first michelin star ramen 🤔

Broth was too gao for my liking, we had to request for water to dilute it. Bless the kind lady who gave a bowl of clear broth to add in instead. Chicken balls tasted like they had yuzu in them which I didn’t enjoy, cha shu was good though. Extremely tender and had a strong alcohol taste, it was the saviour of this otherwise letdown bowl. I’d give this a miss and stick to the other Keisuke concepts the next time. 🐓🍜

A seemingly basic bowl of ramen, the light tasting broth slowly grows on you with each spoonful, leaving you savouring every last drop of it w/o the jelat feel. 🍜
