For this month of July 2o18, this dish was created by Chef Vik for the selections in the Set Lunch menu.
Love how the meat falls out from the bones and the creaminess of of the Ragu sauce that was perfectly paired with tagliatelle (cooked al-dente).
Melts in your mouth .... a lovely main course ... š
