My Sweet Tooth. Or Teeth.

The waffles was but a normal waffle dusted with cinnamon and sugar. Not the crispiest or fluffiest waffles I've had but it stands somewhere at the 60th centiles of waffles. Pandan ondeh ice cream got cloying after a bit so the yuzu was a good and refreshing accompaniment.

Just a simple ice cream cone but comes with this gimmicky trick the wait staff does which is to flip it upside down to prove the cone-stickability. Rich and creamy treat but does get a bit overwhelming towards the end.

Not kidding when they label it giant chirashi on the menu. A humongous portion of raw fish - salmon, swordfish, tuna with some tomato and cucumbers for the visuals - piled onto a (thankfully) thin bed of rice. They're running a promotion at the new central outlet - check out J passport ;)

Just one of those under-the-radar ramen bars tucked in a nondescript corner of Takashimaya's basement. Its not as glamorous but no less tasty than (a few of) its famous counterparts. Truffle aroma was quite forgettable though. Top up $4 for a set which includes a side, mini don and green tea.

The durian version is a dream for lovers of this pungent fruit, and even better than their original. Custardy durian paste oozes from the ever crispy puff. Trust me on one being not enough.

Beneath the bruleed crust was a luscious yam paste swirled with pumpkin. Good, if not a little too sweet.

How is it possible not to order something with the name molten cheesecake? Indeed golden molten goodness oozed at the probe of a fork, yet rich as how cheesecake should be.

Macaron, crumble, and of course that lovely cheesecake ice cream. Recommend sharing as this was quite a rich and heavy dessert.

Rarely find an Alaska in sweltering hot Singapore, so we just had to give this a try. They set it ablaze with rum at your table. Beneath that, its really just multiple layers of ice cream which were pretty tasty. We finished it all.

Sous vide vs soft boil - what's the difference? I love my non-atas kaya toast breakfast set just as much. But this was refreshing as it also came with a generous ciabatta with a chunk of butter and a generous dollop of "not bad" kaya.

The texture was spot on for a fan of melty liquid-like cheesecake like myself. So creamy, rich and decadent. The peanut butter which I presumed is the top layer tasted a little strange though. Would have gone for their equally yummy looking melon cheesecake if I had known..

I know which ice cream parlour they got their inspiration from... Almost there B&B! Really decent ice cream despite their unusual flavours. And its "not too sweet", so I can see how they'll please the local crowd. The artisanal cone was nice but didn't have such a pronounced thyme flavour.
