[1] Eggs Zoey - 62 deg C eggs, smoked salmon, housemade hollandaise, brioche bread [2] Rosti Benedict - 62 deg C eggs, ham, bacon, housemade hollandaise, rosti potato.
I like that the smoked salmon is not out-of-the-fridge cold. The rosti had the perfect crisp, it wasn’t raw and mushy on the inside and not greasy at all. Yumyum! .
