Luncheon meat, gribiche which is supposed to be egg mayo + mustard + pickles + capers, and cheddar, between two slices of toasted brioche. It was one of my favourites from their previous outlet. But a small imperfection this time, I did find the luncheon meat a little salty, and the characteristic tang of the gribiche which could have balanced it was absent. Still enjoyed it a lot though! Very delicious.

Delicious with crispy toasted sourdough and loved the kick from the pickled jalapeƱos! Very filling and one entire tuna melt would be enough for my lunch. The crowd on Saturday comes in just after 11am, but thankfully their cooking time has sped up since their days at Cross St.
Crispy baguette, but soft and fluffy on the inside. Filled with pork belly, red peppers, cucumbers, carrots, fried egg, chicken floss, and lots of coriander. This was a very delicious Banh Mi, filled with so much flavour and texture. But most of the flavour is carried by the very strong dressing sauce, and the pork belly while tender and soft was not particularly prominent in its supposed 5-spice flavour. I also was hoping for more fatty meat, since it's pork belly, but the meat is mostly lean, which may be the preference for some. Overall still really enjoyed this Banh Mi though.
