Yong Tau Foo ($4.70) for ingredients was taste much better previously that I have tried in the past. I think some ingredients got a lot of variety to choose from but for soup otherwise was slightly oily. For yong tau foo can choose between soup and dry base and six ingredients + extra charge for kolo mee.

But I felt that their chee cheong fun texture was slightly hard to chew and not that smooth. But their sweet sauce was overflowing and too much alr. I like their soup broth was really quite refreshing and warm. Ytf items usually cut in smaller pieces to avoid uncooked issue.

Didn't aware that fortune centre have Yong Tau Foo selling 👉👈 until I went to google for food recommendations. But I felt that their ytf is nt that bad ad dry version ($6.60) got adding sesame and also fried onion. They got some special noodle like ramen noodle lol. But then some of fried items was quite unique and also not of other ytf stores will be have.

I felt that changing noodle is a charge to 50 cents lol I don't understand 👀 but the spinach soup slightly salty tbh and also ytf was slightly overcooked and hard to chew also.

Yong Tau Foo ($4.50) min 5 items with bee hoon. Its such old ytf school vibes and got not that salty for broth. But it's giving off mellow yellow bean taste.

I felt that the soup base is slighty salty tbh but their items (5 to 6 items) ($4.30) taste like old school tbh and really missed it out for a while.
