Lobster, cheese and bacon in a toasted sesame brioche. The lobster that came in one generous chunk was incredibly fresh and succulent. The cheese may have slightly overwhelmed the lobster, but overall the burger was quite spectacular. Bacon wasn’t necessary but who doesn’t love a bacon anytime? Changed the old bay fries to truffle fries with $5 top up, and the balsamic salad with rocket leaves added a great balance to the meal. Love it!
