Heard that the Mochi Obanyaki is limited edition for this period. The matcha and the dark chocolate filling was well balanced, the mochi dough was very chewy too! 💚
Tried Strawberry Basil and Mint Cacao, the aroma of basil was pretty unique, but price point was a little on the expensive side.
Daisy Cake layers: Green tea sponge, yuzu cream, lychee mousse, almond crumble and lychee pieces on top
Opera Cake layers: House blend coffee syrup-infused joconde sponge, coffee buttercream, chocolate ganache and chocolate glaze
I preferred the Daisy Cake over the Opera Cake as it was more light and refreshing. Overall the cafe had a clean minimalist interior and nice ambiance.
My favourite cake in cake spade! Strawberries can be a little bit sour sometimes, but overall the layers go splendidly well with each other! Start from the strawberry jelly, silky smooth cheesecake and ending with the crunchy biscuit. I paired it with a pot of hot tea (enough for at least 4 cups of tea for one round) and you can ask for refills when you are through with the first round! 😊
I got the Thai Milk Tea with Sea Salt ice cream. (Oops, old flavour) I tried the full sea salt ice cream in their Aussie store, and it was a weird salty and sweet taste, so 50/50 is the way to go for a more balanced taste.
Earl Grey Lavender and Sea Salt Gula Melaka ice cream waffles ($11.80 each). Freshly baked Belgian waffles paired with strawberries and drizzled with maple syrup and chocolate hazelnut sauce. Good dessert to celebrate the end of Y1S1. 🤩
Shaved Ice O-Matcha for $7.80. Perfect for the hot Singapore weather.
Virgin experience at The Tiramisu Hero and I love the food there! Mamahero tasted less strong after eating the chocolate lava cake, nevertheless it's still the best tiramisu I've ever had. Great dining experience there! Oh and not forgetting the good ambience in the cafe and it's beautifully decorated washroom!
