One of my favourite from Xiao By Crustz is their Easter special -> Oeuf - Chocolate Sable with Passion Fruit, Caramel Nuts and Yuzu Meringue, not forgetting the delicate and edible sunny side up too!

My first tried on the Matcha Mousse Cake & Cotton Cheese Cake 🧀 Matcha Mousse is good and the Cotton Cheese Cake is light & fluffy. I, personally, prefer rich & creamy cheese cake with lesser lemon juice/zest but this is good for a cotton cheese cake. This tiny cafe has limited space so you may consider drop by earlier or opt for to-go aka dabao!

Would you believe in the concept of having a dewy complexion with just a good healthy dose of dark bitter chocolate dessert? Well I do wish this is a proven theory! As I love anything that is made with dark bitter chocolate! Recently, we stumbled across the latest venture by Jaslyn from Jaslyn Cakes that is located next to the yummy Jaslyn Cakes called as Dew! This dessert cafe at the moment doesn’t have any signage at the moment so it is easily to be missed out as the outside of this shop is a florist.. once you walked passed the florist, you are welcomed with a very calm and minimalist atmosphere cafe that has an endless of white marble table.. The cafe is greeted warmly by the display cabinet which is posses the hardest challenge to decide in terms of ordering.. There is a pre-made and freshly made desserts which in this case we decided to go for Valrhona Chocolate Souffle (RM16).. Bare in mind that you have to be patient in waiting for this Valrhona beauty be ready in 20-25 minutes.. It’s was really a worthy wait as the soufflé has a crispy exterior and a soft yet fluffy center that explodes with the intense, warm and nutty chocolate taste!

Waffles are just Pancakes with abs 🥞 Try the signature Melting Moments Chocolate Chip Waffle topped with hand battered banana fritters, almond nibs and vanilla ice cream drizzled with caramel & chocolate sauce.

Originating from Japan, this luxurious cafe is now opened in Mid Valley City, KL! A trip to Hoshino Coffee is not complete without trying their signature hand dripped coffee. My personal favourite has to be the fluffy French Toast and Soufflé.

This is another favourite order of mine at Hoshino Coffee! Tried both the original and matcha flavour and I’m loving both! 😋

Lemon curd, Nutella & The Elvis (PB & Chocolate Banana) for sharing with the fam! Too bad that most of the popular pies are sold out at night but these are good for now!

Back to this favourite fine desert parlour after months of hiatus! This place never fails to impress me with their innovative creations & not to forget the superb service as well! Must try this fluffy, crispy & fruity pavlova when u drop by!
