Brie, Asiago and Pecorino from Tuscany coupled with all sorts of salami! Shouldn’t have let my gluttony get the better of me and ordered the large platter tho, I was absolutely stuffed from this cheese gooness before the mains arrived! 😱

Stretchy ooey-gooey mozzarella (yes, it came with the cheese pull that we all know and love) encapsulating molten and creamy innards of stracciatella. Pity I didn’t capture the moment we plunged a knife into the skin, causing the insides to flow out!
