In the quaint, intimate restaurant of Kai, we watched the chef slice our fresh cuts of sashimi. Swordfish, with its mild flavour chews meaty and firm. With a richer, buttery aroma, Yellowtail is tender between your teeth. But Salmon remains our love! Bite into the chunk of sweet, creamy sashimi, tender and also thick. A first, and bliss it was 😊 Our chat with the helpful chef across the sushi bar made this meal all the more special.
