I love my meats but with pizzas, sometimes the simpler it is, the better - even if it means no meat, like a magheritha - just like this Truffle Mushroom ($15) which consists of truffle-infused mushrooms and fresh snow pea shoots on top of a tomato sauce and mozerella cheese-based crispy thin crust pizza. The result is a very uncomplicated yet hearty flavour and portion as well while the truffle flavour is pungent and evident in taste as well, with the crunchy pea shoots giving the pizza more texture.
