A shop with a wide variety of drinks and a casual setting with (limited) seats to dine in and chill over a cup of bubble tea. The aiyu jelly lemon tea was refreshing and perfect for a hot day while the oolong tea latte comes with a nice and distinct taste of tea, well complemented with creamy fresh milk.

Refreshing fruit-infused teas that come with a layer of creamy cheese foam.

The very grape cheezo is made with fresh hand-peeled summer black grapes blended with premium aqua green tea. The beverage is ice-blended and tasted more like grape juice rather than fruit tea which explains why it's ‘very grape’. It’s fruity, sweet and refreshing on its own but I prefer to mix the layer of cheese for a richer flavour.

The mango cheezo is brimming with sweet and juicy goodness, crafted with fleshy mango and premium aqua green tea. This ice-blended drink includes real mango fruit then capped with a rich layer of cheese foam. While both beverages are good, I personally preferred this over the former for its thicker texture 》$8.40 Each

The taste of tea was fragrant, light and not too strong. Something I would consider getting as a thirst quencher, especially on a hot day. They do provide indoor sitting areas to chill over drinks.

Chun Yang offers an extensive menu ranging from original tea, fresh milk tea, cheese macchiato, fresh fruit, traditional taste and red bean series. Their top five best selling drinks are honey lemon oolong tea, oolong tea latte with pudding, brown sugar pearl with fresh milk, sugar cane fresh milk and lastly, cheese macchiato with tea.

I tried the Oolong tea latte with pudding and cheese macchiato with oolong tea and preferred the latter for its subtly salty and creamy cheese foam on a light, fragrant and refreshing oolong tea.

A refreshing drink with a light floral tea fragrance. The cream cheese top was fragrant and went very well with the osmanthus oolong. It is just right in taste and not too sweet even on 50% sugar. Overall a great combination of light tea sweetness and saltiness from the cream cheese 》$4.90

A hidden gem located within City Gate serving up bbt with tea leaves sourced from Taiwan and brewed with a teapresso machine. The tea has a strong floral scent with the natural mellow taste of oolong tea. The milk tea was more on the milky side and would be better if it has a stronger taste of tea while the osmanthus oolong is something light and refreshing. Topped it off with their plum jelly for something refreshing that is also rich in fibre and antioxidants

Healthy bubble tea with kombucha. Ordered this lemongrass kombucha to try since it was one of their bestsellers. This fermented tea is an aromatic wellness drink with lemon-like herbal notes. It also contains probiotics that aid in digestion. Sugar levels are customisable and advised to go with reduced sugar. Not forgetting to get their crunchy chestnut pearls that attract me back here in such a short period of time 》$4.80 + $0.80 Chestnut Pearls

Hojicha fans would love this! A combination of matcha and roasted brown rice just gives a strong earthy and milky flavour. I'm sold after taking a sip 😍 Add chestnut pearls for some crunch that is healthier and something different compared to the usual chewy tapioca pearls found in bbt.
