Dinner / 26 July 2018: I thought this dish really represented how much I loved the new menu - the restaurant previous menu features a gimmicky breakfast toast set (none of which were really eggs and toast) but this toast set was as it is but elevated - just nicely baked white bread with a great kaya ice cream and just a small topping of caviar

Lunch / 31 July 2018: rice bowl featuring aromatic rice topped basil beef, onsen egg, mushrooms, apple jelly with a side of salted egg sauce and lots of amusement coming from the young enterprising hawker-students who really behave like bengs. Worth a try!

Dinner / 15 June 2018: the Italians and Chicken rice sellers will flip but lovers of Mui fan will love this dish which was basically a nice porridge broth with lots of chicken

Dinner / 20 June 2017: toast with a surprise - it’s almost like a PBJ sandwich except much better because instead of Peanut butter, u have the creaminess of foie gras melting in your mouth.
