Tsukada Nojo is the real deal!!!! Can you imagine? Me being in love with a CHICKEN collagen soup and with an hour long wait?? It’s worth it.

Thank you to 家姐仔&姐夫for the amazing Christmas Eve dinner 💗Tsim Sha Tsui ocean center branch has really nice old school jap ambience and unhindered harbor view. The staff were friendly and attentive too. And most importantly the soup is really as good as advertised.

I love how they serve it in a gel and then it melts into this thick soup in front of you. So tasty I had like three bowls when I usually shy away from lo things chicken. Can’t wait to try the SG branch to compare if it is just as good 😋 P.S. all the other dishes were very good as well!
