My avocado obsession didn't stop at the avocado fries. Right before my flight back home, I visited Tanjung Aru and found myself craving for iced Milo. As I was about to order, my eyes stopped at the image of something amusing. And the rest was history. The avocado surprisingly wasn't bitter, so my whole drink was sweet, thanks to the Milo. Craving satisfied!
While waiting for lunch, my sister's boyfriend got us a cup of soft serve. One was Oreo flavoured, the other was mango flavoured. It was so good (and cheap!). Too bad no such thing exists here back in Kuala Lumpur.
One of the nights I was in Kota Kinabalu, I ended up at the Filipino market and decided to have seafood for dinner. Packed two big squids back home and had a feast. It was so juicy, so good. Also unhealthy because it was slightly burned.
Ended up at some random restaurant near UMS, and had a plate of fried popiah. It was drizzled with mayonnaise and what seems like cheese sauce, and it was also relatively cheap. I forgot the exact price though. So crunchy too.
I am not sure of the name of the shop, but it was one of the shops near the Kundasang War Memorial. I also don't remember the price of these wings but it was good, it was SO good. In fact, I couldn't stop eating chicken wings the whole time I was in Sabah. Too good man, too good. Also bad for health, since it's mostly burned. But it's good, paired with the spicy soy sauce. Damn, I miss it already.
