The pork belly is indeed very crispy and works well with the Hoi Sin sauce and cucumber. Top up $1.50 for their Hand-Cut fries as well!
However, the beef burger patty was a bit dry and overcooked.

Generous portion with fresh ingredients and a tasty curry broth. Expect a queue!

Rather pricey rendition of Zi Char food. A generous portion of salted egg sauce, but the pork ribs could have been more tender and seasoned better.

Great quality meat and an interesting yogurt-based sauce to go along with it. Do head over early to avoid the long waiting time!
