Frankly, this holiday cake is undeserving of a spot at your Christmas dinner. The Swiss roll is dry and crumbly - could hardly tell it’s vanilla flavoured. The coat, supposedly of dark chocolate, is lacking the density of a good chocolate ganache. For $5.90 per slice, I would recommend you to go for other signature CBTL cakes, though non-seasonal.
