Unintentional discovery of this bakery; 👩🏻‍🍳🍞
Needless to say, curiousity got better of the 🐱; Now, between the two, I’d rather the chocolate, cheesy was like the sweeter version of plain (vanilla) Jane round the hood, w a krimmm cheeze “well” (cos it’s from baker’s well ya see) in the centre;
Chocky on the other hand, was bursting 🥳 w melted chock-full of 🍫 from those dark chips; On a separate note, it was also a good to note this bakery offers gluten free bread options 🙌🏼💚🍞💚🥐💚🥖🙌🏼

1️⃣Jjampong — classic seafood mildly spicy; only level 1 — devoured by a 11yo 👧🏻
2️⃣Il-pong — written on the menu as “Japanese broth” — what I tasted — charred clear soup, a lil on the salty side with succulent taste of seafood
3️⃣Ttae pong — a lil like japchae but with greater intensity of dark soy sauce without the strong sesame oil taste
4️⃣(forgot the title) But it’s like aglio olio without olive oil, with the diced garlic bits & a douse of white (?) wine & chilli padi 🌶
⏭5️⃣ Pizza — thin crust with garlic x butter/margarine (?) spread with a serving of a giant squirt/dollop of whipped cream (!) #tryittobelieveit

🧀-wise, like an eggy sponge cake with the right amount of saltiness by the 🧀; that layer of what seemed & tasted like cheddar, just a tad saltier! Spongy fluffy & airy! 💛

Lighter than most refrigerated cakes, moist, slightly airy yet dense enough 😊 Whichever shall ah-mah choose! 👵🏻🧀🍫🧀🍫 Thankfully, the cake was not too sweet and the 🍫 was akin to dark choco w/h semi-dark (imo)choco chips it was subtly decadent! And one more thing, they still taste good on the 2nd day 🎉🙌🏼🙌🏼🎉 Hurry treat your ah mah well & then get her in the q, who knows she might have priorities in being a senior! 😃😁😆🍀🍀
