Not immediately knock your socks off impressive, but it's a mystery how they make the white peach flavour so pronounced in all the components. The sorbet was so smooth soft and creamy it's hard to believe there isn't dairy in it. Meanwhile the peach slices had amazing sweetness and little sourness. I thought the cake would be overwhelmed by the other parts, but it stood it's ground with the fluffiness and sufficient sweetness. Overall a pretty solid dessert
Pretty standard coconut sorbet. Creamier than the usual ones u find outside and works well with the pineapple. Rather safe bet since it's a mainstay on the menu
Yeah enuf has been said. Totally made us forget about the bread and cheese lol. Super smoky and tender with great maillard reaction. Well this lives up to the hype but I quite liked the crispy chips as well. Oh yeah the steak was really juicy it was almost squirting when u cut into it(with the very aesthetically pleasing knife)
It's "just sea bass" or so many people say when they see it on the menu(particularly pitched against their ribeye), but damn this is sea bass done right. Soft, juicy, and flaky, what's not to love about this meaty cut? Particularly served with the acidic sauce which goes well with seafood, the portion is actually just nice if u order a side as well
Overhyped imo. Flavour wise it was fine and even though we were notified that the cheese was gonna harden when it cools, it was already very chewy to begin with. At least it was stretchy tho
W bone marrow butter and tomato relish
Not only was the bread texture decent at best, the bone marrow butter had no butter taste, much less bone marrow taste. The tomato relish was fine. Had high expectations for this place and glad that at least the mains met it
