Classic Cuban bite with roasted pork on banana chips 》$15
This was supposed to come with pulled beef but it was substituted with roasted pork because I don't take beef. It is a twist on bite-sized tapas. The roasted pork is very tender and juicy and accompanied well with plantains that comes with some crunchiness.

A little bit of everything and this is great for sharing. It comes with serrano ham, smoked salmon, garlic mushrooms and chicken seated atop a slice of baguette. While the topping felt like snacks that paired well with drinks, the baguette were too hard for my teeth. The serrano ham and smoked salmon were pretty predictable and hard to go wrong while the garlic mushroom with cheese was surprisingly spicy that caught me off guard. If only the baguette was served warm/soft which I reckon would turn out better.

I'm in a relationship with food. Why can't we just declare our never ending love and vows towards some food item? I'm sure that would not result in divorces.
