Burgers/Sandwiches
Pork steak patty with usual suspects for burgers. Bun was crisp, not soggy, steak was actually tender and juicy but if placed as a whole on a burger a bit hard to eat. 4/5
Juicy thick patty, tender pork belly, sweet caramelized onions, aragula and black pepper buns. Proper burger i would say 4.25/5
Specializing in lobster dishes, and as a lobster roll fan, would say their's is probably the best so far. Really pricy, is it worth it? To be honest, i don't know, but the Truffle Roll ($68) was incredible. Comes with fries and salad, the already sumptious lobster roll is topped witb caviar and shaved truffles. The roll was buttery, strong truffle fragrant yet despite all its condiments, the lobster still shines 4.5/5
Ketchup cheese truffle cheese frankfurter, what else do they have here? The aroma is quite strong if you actually try to smell it. Sausage could be mlre tender but a really good hot dog 4.25/5
Wagyuu burger dog ($18.8)-pretty much a sub burger. Thin kind of patty. Cheesy mayo, Mushrooms and the usual stuff. 4/5
Adliger Set Lunch ($21)-Had the chicken breast burger with brie, vegetable tartare and rockets in sourdough. while i like multigrain better, the sourdough i thought holds up better its fillings. Had the cabbage slaw as side 4/5
German burger cafe. Gives a pretty good lunch deal. Having a burger with additional $5, youll get a side and drink. Had the Geisbock burger with multigrain breax witb sweet potato fries. Combination of salty feta, chewy bacon, sweet fig jam and patty. 4/5
Just outside tangs, the cafe is pretty much an outdoor. The gourmet burgers limited menu caught my attention. Think they will have it until the end of April. Had the primetime ($38). Burger is filled with wagyu patty, foie gras stilton cheese, pickled onions, lettuce, tomato, bacon, arugula. While the patty was good, bun was not soggy, what i realluly like wqs that creamy foie gras that kinda taste like a second sauce. 4.25/5
Located in dempey, como cuisine was not very crowded during weekend brunch, perfecf for a leisurely brunch. Had the lobster roll. Buttery bread, fresh sweet lobster 4/5
Buttery crisp toast, goey Mac Cheese that isnt mushy, though bacon kinda gets overwhelmed in that cheesiness 4/5
Thought there was a hype surrounding this sandwiches. No queue for me, but sure was one stringy creamy sandwich with a touch of sweetness 4.25/5
Part of $45 set brunch.
Loaded with beefin crusty bread. Dip was like a french onion soup minus the cheese (well you have the cheese on the sandwich). Really nice 4.25/5
