All About Kway Chap

My colleagues he asked me to try kwap chap ($5) already as I wanted to try this as it's just look good with pork belly version. But the gravy was not that thick and salty. But the broth for kwap chap was not that salty tbh. I felt that their ingredients such as tau pok, pork belly, egg and etc really a lot for 1 pax.

It's a long time never eat kwap chap ($6) already as I wanted to try this as it's just look good with duck. But the gravy was quite thick and bit slightly salty. But the broth for kwap chap was a slightly salty tbh. I felt that their ingredients such as tau pok, duck, braised pork and etc really too little for 1 pax.

Kway Chap (a set - $3.50) I felt that Kwap Chap ingredient quite having strong braised taste and didn't need to dip into chili sauce. I felt that it's one of strong taste for Kwap Chap.

Kway Chap (a set) I felt that Kwap Chap ingredient is a bit bland taste and chili is a bit sour aftertaste. To dip with chili, the ingredients was quite over covered with original taste.

Dunman Duck Rice is another choice of best duck rice in Joo Chiat instead of Marine Parade. Kway Chap ($3.50) is so not thick gravy and less salty taste that I have eaten at Katong Shopping Centre before. I will be coming back again for duck rice again soon or probably next year.
